User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain account confidentiality
- Report unauthorized access
- One account per user
- Keep contact info updated
- Secure login credentials
Ride Conduct
- Follow safety guidelines
- Respect drivers and vehicles
- No illegal activities
- Maximum 4 passengers per vehicle
- No smoking or alcohol in vehicles
Booking & Payments
Booking Terms
- Advance booking required
- Cancellation policy applies
- Package itinerary must be followed
- Changes subject to availability
- Peak season rates may vary
Payment Terms
- 10% advance payment required
- Balance due before journey
- Cash and UPI accepted
- Package price as listed
- Toll/parking included in package
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation 48 hours before
- 50% refund within 24-48 hours
- No refund within 24 hours
- Weather-related exceptions apply
- Emergency cancellation considered
Refund Terms
- Processed within 5-7 days
- Original payment method only
- Partial package completion not eligible
